USO DOS CONCENTRADOS PLAQUETARIOS RICO EM FIBRINA E LEUC�CITOS (L-PRF) NA CIRURGIA DE LEVANTAMENTO DE SEIO MAXILAR

Resumo

O procedimento de eleva��o do assoalho do seio maxilar � realizado quando n�o h� altura �ssea alveolar residual suficiente para instala��o dos implantes dent�rios dentro de um planejamento de reabilita��o oral. Dentre os tipos de enxerto �sseo, o aut�geno � considerado o padr�o ouro, dentro da odontologia com melhores resultados. Entre as diversas op��es temos o Plasma Rico em Fibrina (L-PRF) � uma modifica��o do plasma rico em plaquetas (PRP) e uma matriz de fibrina aut�gena com plaquetas e leuc�citos utilizada para aumentar a regenera��o �ssea liberando de forma gradativa citocinas em uma matriz de fibrina. Obtido atrav�s da centrifuga��o do sangue do paciente, no qual � coletado no pr�-operat�rio. Objetivo do trabalho baseia-se em uma revis�o liter�ria sobre o uso do Plasma Rico em Fibrina e Leuc�citos na cirurgia de eleva��o do assoalho do seio maxilar, associados a biomateriais para um planejamento de reabilita��o oral com implantes osseointegr�veis.
