USO DOS CONCENTRADOS PLAQUETARIOS RICO EM FIBRINA E LEUCÓCITOS (L-PRF) NA CIRURGIA DE LEVANTAMENTO DE SEIO MAXILAR
Resumo
O procedimento de elevação do assoalho do seio maxilar é realizado quando não há altura óssea alveolar residual suficiente para instalação dos implantes dentários dentro de um planejamento de reabilitação oral. Dentre os tipos de enxerto ósseo, o autógeno é considerado o padrão ouro, dentro da odontologia com melhores resultados. Entre as diversas opções temos o Plasma Rico em Fibrina (L-PRF) é uma modificação do plasma rico em plaquetas (PRP) e uma matriz de fibrina autógena com plaquetas e leucócitos utilizada para aumentar a regeneração óssea liberando de forma gradativa citocinas em uma matriz de fibrina. Obtido através da centrifugação do sangue do paciente, no qual é coletado no pré-operatório. Objetivo do trabalho baseia-se em uma revisão literária sobre o uso do Plasma Rico em Fibrina e Leucócitos na cirurgia de elevação do assoalho do seio maxilar, associados a biomateriais para um planejamento de reabilitação oral com implantes osseointegráveis.
