Exodontia em paciente com síndrome de Sturge-Weber: relato de caso

Summary
The Sturge-Weber syndrome also known as Encephalotrigeminal Angiomatosis is a congenital disease, not hereditary, aesthetically characterized by a port wine stain, besides ophthalmologics and neurologicals clinical manifestations. Hemangiomas may affect the oral region causing gingival hiperplasia by use of anticonvulsivants. In this work, the patient related, had the indication of extractcing the permanente first molar by a coronary destruction. The analisis of specific complementary exams show the path of the hemangioma, ensuring the realization of surgery in an outpatient setting without bleeding and normal scarring.
